SECAB association since its inception in 1969 has evolved into a premier educational institution in north Karnataka. It has 22 educational institutions, including college of engineering, college of architecture, Unani medical college, Institute of BBA, BCA, BA & BCOM and many other schools and vocational courses in bijapur and bangalore with enrolment of over 10000 students in various institutes. Every year students secure ranks at University/State/District levels.

SECAB Institute of Higher Learning was established in the year 1996. The Institute is affiliated to Rani Channamma University, Belgaum, and it has already completed nineteen years of its establishment and now marching towards new destinations of success and fulfillment. The institute is ideally situated at Nauraspur, Bagalkot Road, Bijapur. The institute has adequate infrastructure for carrying out various activities for the overall development of a student.
